Athletics Communication Protocol
In the South Orange & Maplewood School District, athletic communication is built on being direct, reliable, and easy to follow, keeping student-athletes, coaches, parents, and the Athletic Department on the same page. We’ve put a uniform structure in place so inquiries are routed properly, concerns are handled efficiently, and information flows without confusion. The focus is simple: consistent, responsive communication that strengthens trust and keeps everyone informed and connected.
